Therapy Services
Erin Pash, LMFT, is a nationally recognized expert in complex family systems, specializing in high-conflict parenting, court-involved therapy, and parent-child contact issues. When not giving key notes, building brands, and consulting with businesses, she likes to get back to her first love, therapy. She offers a wide range of services for families navigating legal, relational, or emotional crises—including therapy, consultation, coaching, and expert witness work.
In addition to her family systems work, Erin provides individual therapy for adults and children ages 10 and up, with a specific focus on those affected by parent estrangement, loyalty binds, trauma, or high-conflict custody arrangements. Her approach blends deep clinical expertise with strategic insight and a child-centered focus.

“Good therapy changed my life. After years and hundreds of thousands of dollars fighting, she solved the problems between me and my coparent. 5 years later me and my coparent still get along and use the skills Erin taught us.”
“I was losing my sanity fighting my ex. She provided resist refuse (reunification) therapy for our family and helped me learn skills that allowed things to come out so my child was never forced to return to a situation that was harming them again without me having to go to court every 60 days.”
“I saw Erin from ages 14-22 and she was the best person ever. If she ever sees clients again I’m signing up.”
“I credit Erin with helping me make friends and come out to my family. I don’t think I would be alive if I didn’t have Erin in my corner as a teenager.”
“Erin saved our marriage. She was honest and made couples therapy fun. We aren’t perfect but after failing 3 other therapists over the years she was the only one who took a real approach that really was the long haul fix. We still text her asking for support from time to time and she always makes time for a quick text update!”
“I had given up hope that I would ever be able to be in a happy marriage. My wife was so angry with me. When we finally made it to therapy I learned my wife was done and wanted a divorce. There was nothing I could do but Erin made this painful experience bearable and I feel certain without her support sh*t would have hit the fan and really hurt our kids.”
“Our teen daughter was making really bad choices and struggling emotionally, we tried everything and nothing helped until she met with Erin. She did such great work I sent 2 of my other kids who also had an amazing experience.”
“I started doing therapy with Erin was I was a young dumb kid. I still check in with her and thank her every time for what she did for me and how she showed up for me while my parents were getting divorced.”
“Erin successfully reunited my kids with their dad and addressed the deep seated issues in what caused them to turn away in the first place. I’m grateful they didn’t lose their dad and we all got the help we so desperately needed.” “ I’m the dad here, and without Erin I wouldn’t have been able to work through the subtle behaviors that were making me kids lean away from me. We have now raised our kids and we all get together for family events. I still email Erin about ever year to say thank you.”
“I was a loser. I was horrible to my wife and she deserved better. Therapy with Erin changed my whole view on life and how to be. All brass tacks and not patronizing me. It was the refresher I needed. Still married, and happily now!”
“When Erin asked me for an anonymous testimonial I said, I’ve been waiting for you to ask! Seriously, I think about something profound or funny she said often and it helps me every time. She makes hard topics easy to talk about and isn’t afraid to call me out.”
“It’s like she is weirdly gentle and also funny when she drops insight bombs that make you laugh and cry all session but in a good way. The therapy I did with Erin made me want to become a therapist, and now I am.”
“I don’t realize I was an alcoholic or that addiction was a disease. She helped me, my kids, and my partner through my recovery. I have been sober for 7 years and despite losing jobs, friends, and family, she was the only person to get me to want to change and seek help. She is just a good person to have in your corner.”
“ I have had the chance to see the Erin magic as her past supervised. Her ability to connect genuinely with her clients and not get overwhelmed when families are yelling and it’s our chaos in session is the most amazing thing I’ve ever witnessed in a session. As she transitioned away from seeing clients she gave several to me and they are all obsessed with her, 10 years later. Knowing how much she could tackle hard situations and still have people love her, it challenged me to grow to be a therapist as good as Erin!”
Services Offered
Resist/Refuse Dynamics Therapy
When a child resists or refuses contact with a parent, the causes are layered and emotionally charged. Erin provides structured, whole-family support to repair ruptured relationships and understand the deeper dynamics at play. This process is child-centered, therapeutic, and court-informed—never punitive.
Family Therapy
Erin facilitates therapy for family systems navigating divorce, remarriage, co-parenting, trauma recovery, or child behavioral concerns. Sessions focus on building communication, reducing emotional intensity, and increasing trust between family members.
High-Conflict Parenting Therapy
This therapy is designed for co-parents involved in prolonged conflict—especially when children are caught in the middle. Erin helps parents build healthier communication patterns, shift entrenched dynamics, and lower the emotional toll on everyone involved.
Brief, Focused Assessments
These short-term evaluations provide insight into parenting dynamics, child adjustment, or relational disruptions. Often requested by attorneys or courts, these assessments answer specific clinical questions and may guide further treatment or decision-making. They are not custody evaluations.
Child-Inclusive Mediation
When age-appropriate (typically 10+), Erin offers child-inclusive mediation to ensure children’s voices are heard—without burdening them with decision-making. Erin meets privately with the child and incorporates their perspective into parenting negotiations in a safe and respectful manner.
Child Specialist Services
As a child specialist in collaborative divorce and legal settings, Erin serves as a neutral professional advocating for the child’s developmental needs. She provides input for parenting plans, supports transition planning, and collaborates with legal teams to reduce emotional harm during litigation.
Parent Coaching
Coaching helps caregivers navigate conflict, transition, and behavioral concerns with clarity and confidence. Erin provides tools for effective co-parenting, emotional regulation, and parenting through stress. Coaching can also include Our Family Wizard (OFW) and communication support—guiding parents in how to craft productive messages, reduce conflict escalation, and foster healthier digital exchanges.
