Erin Pash, MA LMFT
Visionary, Entrepreneur, Chairwoman, & Mental Health Disruptor Extraordinaire

After rocking the role of CEO at Ellie Mental Health for 10 years (and loving every chaotic minute), Erin now leads as Chairwoman of the Board, channeling her boundless energy and big ideas as a visionary and entrepreneur into public speaking, consulting, writing books that people actually want to read, and spearheading the social health movement (because regular health movements are so last decade).
Holding a Master’s degree and Minnesota state license in Marriage and Family Therapy, Erin is recognized by both the Minnesota and American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy as a Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Fellow. Her 15 years in community mental health inspired her to found Ellie Mental Health with a mission to reduce stigma and address critical gaps in mental healthcare.

Under Erin’s leadership, Ellie Mental Health has experienced mind-blowing growth—expanding from its Minnesota roots to 265+ locations before she stepped into her Chairwoman role. (Oh, and there are 400 more locations sold and coming soon across 40 states—no big deal!) This visionary approach to accessible mental healthcare has touched the lives of more than 100,000 individuals and families, helping them live more authentically through pioneering outpatient mental health services that actually make therapy something to look forward to.

Beyond her role as a healthcare executive, Erin is an accomplished author, professional speaker, and content creator who somehow balances her professional pursuits with being a mother to six children (and yes, an undisclosed number of cats—let’s just say it’s somewhere between “cat lady” and “small sanctuary”). In her mythical “spare time” (we’re still investigating if this actually exists), she consults on mental health legislation, volunteers in her community, throws legendary parties that people talk about for years, and travels with her family—so she can refuel her mindset to capture content for her next big idea.

Erin is widely regarded as a subject matter expert in multiple domains: relationships, anxiety management, complex family systems, human emotions, healthcare industry dynamics, business development and scaling, idea formation and expansion, franchising, and the bio-psycho-social implications of human behavior.
